Shipping Policy

The rates below apply to eligible direct orders placed through a Gizato-operated online store. Shipping charges and delivery terms for marketplace purchases are shown on the applicable marketplace listing.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

United States shipping

We currently ship only to eligible United States addresses accepted at checkout.

Standard shipping is $8. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. Available shipping options and any carrier-provided transit estimates are displayed at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking and delays

Tracking information will be provided when available. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with updated information and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

If your shipment appears lost, damaged, or otherwise delayed after dispatch, email chevydelacruz@gizatolabs.com with your order number and tracking information.
